Order and Payment:
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. A minimum deposit (as agreed upon at the time of purchase) is required to confirm a custom or special order. Final payment is due upon delivery or before dispatch from the store.
Cancellations and Returns:
Cancellations for standard items must be made within 48 hours of purchase. Custom-made items are non-cancellable and non-refundable once production has started. Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects, as per the warranty provided with the item.
Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ramgarh, Jharkhand.
